Strategy is only real when it ships.

I’m Dharmendra Shishulkar, a technology and program leader translating ambitious ideas into working systems, stronger teams, and measurable business outcomes.

What I do

From executive intent to production reality.

My work sits where technology strategy, product delivery, and organizational change meet. The goal is not activity. It is a system that creates value repeatedly.

01

AI implementation

Move beyond demos by grounding agentic AI in real workflows, usable data, evaluation, security, and human judgment.

02

Portfolio leadership

Turn strategy into roadmaps, investment choices, operating cadences, and transparent decisions across complex programs.

03

Delivery systems

Design team structures and flow that shorten feedback loops, expose risk early, and make working software the measure of progress.

Focus areas

The hard middle between vision and value.

01

Enterprise AI transformation

Shape the operating model around AI, not only the model itself, so teams can move from experiments to governed, repeatable capabilities.

02

Product & platform modernization

Coordinate architecture, experience, security, and delivery choices while keeping modernization tied to customer and business outcomes.

03

Spec-driven development

Use clearer specifications and AI-assisted engineering to reduce ambiguity, improve traceability, and accelerate high-quality implementation.

04

Lean portfolio execution

Bring roadmaps, flow metrics, dependency management, and delivery governance into one coherent decision system.

How I lead

Clarity, cadence, evidence, trust.

Start with the outcome

Define the change we expect in customers, operations, risk, or economics before choosing the machinery.

Make progress visible

Use working software, flow, and evidence, not optimistic narration, to understand what is moving and what is stuck.

Build the learning loop

Short cycles make disagreement useful. Plan, build, demonstrate, learn, and adjust before certainty becomes expensive.

Treat trust as infrastructure

Responsible delivery depends on clear ownership, honest risk signals, thoughtful controls, and room for teams to think.

Technology should simplify the difficult, not decorate it.

I lead technology project and program management with a builder’s mindset and an architect’s curiosity. I care about the whole path: the business case, the system design, the team model, the release, and the result.

My interests span enterprise AI, agentic workflows, software architecture, delivery science, and the mathematics beneath complex systems. Outside work, I’m often planning a landscape photograph or a family trip detailed enough to qualify as a minor program.
